Orders with a deadline shorter than 3 weeks are subject to a rush fee.
📅 Lead Time Starts When:

Measurements are confirmed and

At least 50% down payment has been made.
Only then does the 3-week production timeline begin.
📏 Taking Measurements

In-office Measurement: We encourage clients to visit our office for measurement-taking, which comes with a Fit Warranty.

Self-Measurement Option: If visiting is not possible, we can send a step-by-step guide. However, please note that fit warranty does not apply if measurements are provided by the customer.
